Peer to Peer Based Coaching Program
UNWIND YOUR MIND – WELLNESS WALKS is a 6-week peer to peer based program that combines health coaching, wellness strategies, and a supportive group environment that plays a significant role in empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives. By offering new ideas and approaches, while promoting overall well-being, participants may be able to establish healthier habits for the long term.
Wellness Walks – Chronic Pain Addressing chronic pain not only requires medical attention but also holistic support that takes into account the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of pain management. Such programs can be essential in filling the gaps in the traditional medical system and improving the overall quality of life for those living with chronic pain in Australia.

Join us for a 6-week program,
-Meet fortnightly for 6 fortnights
Each Session consists of 30 minutes of Group Wellness Coaching
15 minutes of Gentle Movement/walking
15min of Reflection/mindfulness
